Following the very busy year for the Trust during the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of The
Queen in 2022, its activities in 2023 were inevitably considerably reduced. A highlight of
2023 was the unveiling of the Platinum Jubilee Fountain outside Windsor Castle on 26 June.
This was to be a permanent memorial to the festivities of the Platinum Jubilee of 2022 in
Windsor.

It was funded by the Trust. It is a fountain topped by an orb and stands near Queen
Victoria’s statue, placed there for her Diamond Jubilee in 1897.

Towards the end of 2023, the Trust handed over the remainder of funds raised to the Prince
Philip Trust Fund. The Prince Philip Trust Fund was established in 1977 as a grant-giving
trust, focusing support towards disability, health, the elderly, families, children and young
people, those in social need and the arts.
